Abshire Fine Art

I'm Jacob Abshire, a self-taught fine artist based in Indiana. I began seriously pursuing art in 2024, but my creative journey started before that — in the middle of a rough season of life.

I grew up in the Christian faith, but like many, I found myself drifting as I got older. It was art that met me in that wilderness. Through depression, discouragement, and moments of real hopelessness, creating art became a lifeline — and it was through that process that I found my way back to Jesus.

That experience is the heartbeat of everything I make. My work is for the believer who knows what it feels like to struggle — to follow Christ through the hard, messy, real parts of life. I want my art to say what's sometimes hard to put into words: that faith is worth holding onto, even when it's difficult.

Every piece I create is an attempt to bring biblical truth to life in a way that's honest, beautiful, and deeply personal. My hope is that it encourages you in your own walk — wherever you are on the journey, just as art did for me.
